• Any disputes regarding billing must be raised within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the provision of services. Such information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Technohands Solution is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our services but will make reasonable efforts to ensure reliability.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if a user violates these terms or engages in fraudulent or illegal activities. Clients may terminate services as per the terms outlined in their agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to our services, including software, trademarks, and branding, remain the property of Technohands Solution unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

9. Changes to Terms

Technohands Solution reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying users through appropriate means.
